1. Discovery Process:
Every project begins with a discovery process, where we establish the scope of the work. The preliminary interview is relaxed—we engage you in a conversation, listening to your needs and wants. Our goal is to collect as much information as possible about the space in question, your desired results and your tastes. This initial meeting can take place in our showroom located in Suffolk County or in your home or office. The more details you provide, the smoother the remainder of the project will proceed.
2. System Design:
Now that all your pertinent information has been collected, Audio Den will prepare a design defining every aspect of the project. We will provide drawings laying out all the hardware and pre-wiring as well as a listing of all the hardware and labor that will be required. The design is reviewed with the client and feedback is requested before a final approval.
After you have agreed to the system design and project price, Audio Den’s engineering team will produce documents and drawings. These will include a wiring schematic, equipment layout and system connections diagram. This will serve as the road map for our installation crew to ensure an efficient job. Once the project is complete you will be presented with a complete documentation package.
Once the engineering documentation is complete, we can begin on the installation phase. If needed, pre-sheetrock infrastructure such as conduit and low-voltage wiring are put in place. Once the construction is complete Audio Den finishes the job. Speakers are positioned, TV’s mounted and electronics are installed until you are 100% satisfied with your home. Once complete, the engineering documentation transitions to an “as built” state.

We are only a phone call or email away – please do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance. We honor all manufacturer warranties plus a 12-month workmanship warranty.
